Ready to be at the heart of our chocolate creation process? We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated team member to coat our iconic treats in rich Sanders chocolate while keeping quality and throughput high. What You'll Be Doing:
The Master Coater: Apply rich chocolate to various nuts, fruits, and candy centers according to exact bill-of-materials (BOM) specifications.
Pack & Case: Carefully case finished products immediately after chocolate coating to preserve freshness and quality.
Guard Food Safety: Maintain high throughput while staying vigilant for any raw materials or work-in-progress products that don't meet our strict standards.
Operate & Troubleshoot: Master the operation of coating machinery and troubleshoot minor equipment issues on the spot to keep production moving smoothly.
Keep It Sparkling: Safely use required cleaning chemicals to sanitize rotating coating pans, worktables, and production equipment.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Track Record: An excellent history of safety, attendance, and punctuality.
Independent & Sharp: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work unsupervised and under pressure with basic math and writing skills.
Physical Readiness: Comfort standing and walking for the entire shift, handling repetitive hands-on work, and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
Safety First: Solid knowledge of proper cleaning chemical protocols and a commitment to food safety.
