RBT Associate

We are hiring Associate Providers to deliver ABA services in home, school, and center-based settings, including social skills groups, playgroups, parent training opportunities, and vacation events. Responsibilities Direct ABA service hours with clients Implement behavior management guidelines such as: Antecedent Intervention Strategies Differential Reinforcement Training of Self-Management Extinction Procedures, and more Run evidence‑based programming such as: Discrete Trial Training Task Analyses Natural Environment Teaching Video Modeling Functional Communication Training, and more Participate in behavior and skills assessment Assist with Social Skills Training and Holiday Events Competitive pay for hourly (part-time) and salaried (full-time) positions 40‑hour training to sit for RBT competency exam BCBA supervision for RBT certification under BACB® Ongoing RBT supervision Paid vacation and sick time Health and liability insurance Continuing education opportunities Qualifications Eligible candidates must demonstrate experience with children with special needs and ABA experience. They should be team players who can follow behavior plans and work well with children with special needs. Extensive training and supervision will be provided.
