Home Health Aide- Staten Island, NY Pay: $18–$22 per hour | Flexible Schedules | Cases Throughout Staten Island Join the Rockaway Home Care Team Rockaway Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality, one-on-one care to clients throughout Staten Island, NY . We have clients throughout Staten Island, including St. George, New Dorp, New Springville, and surrounding communities. We understand that location matters. Our team works to connect you with available clients based on where you live, your preferred work area, your availability, and current case openings. You don't have to travel across the entire borough — tell us where you want to work, and we'll work to find an available case that fits. What You'll Do As a Home Health Aide with Rockaway Home Care, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs) Providing mobility and transfer assistance Assisting with meals and daily routines Providing medication reminders as permitted Light housekeeping related to the client's care Providing companionship and emotional support Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition Maintaining accurate documentation of services provided Following the client's established plan of care Qualifications Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate Authorized to work in the United States Compassionate, dependable, and professional Strong communication skills Commitment to treating every client with dignity and respect Previous home care experience preferred, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay: $18–$22 per hour Flexible scheduling Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities Clients throughout Staten Island Opportunities to be matched with cases convenient to your location Supportive office and clinical team Ongoing opportunities for available cases Find a Case That Fits You With clients located throughout Staten Island , we're looking for HHAs across the borough.
