As a Physical Therapist Outpatient, you will work within a small team of 1-5 therapists to provide comprehensive care for patients with general outpatient conditions. Your role will focus on evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and actively monitoring progress to promote recovery and prevent injuries.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient care
• Promote injury prevention through patient education and intervention

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the applicable state
