How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead field crews on-site to ensure top-tier execution of concrete layout, pouring, and finishing workflows.
• Manage daily job site operations by accurately reading construction plans and directing layout specifications.
• Coordinate heavy machinery tasks by safely operating skid steers and staging essential equipment efficiently.
• Solve real-time technical and structural problems on-site to maintain project momentum and safety.
• Maintain excellent customer service and clear communication during frequent interactions with clients and builders.
• Enforce a high standard of attention to detail across the crew to ensure flawless project delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable, high-quality concrete flatwork and crew leadership experience.
• Proven ability to comfortably operate a skid steer and accurately interpret detailed construction plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills used for team direction and customer relations.
• Demonstrated history of a strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and a positive leadership attitude.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• A comprehensive portfolio of past flatwork projects along with excellent professional references.
• Valid Georgia driver's license paired with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Advanced troubleshooting experience with grading adjustments or challenging structural layouts.
