Location: Middletown, NY
Job Type: Part-Time | Per Diem
Pay: $38.00/hour
Shifts: All Shifts Available
Schedule: Thursday–Sunday | Flexible Scheduling

Position Overview

Our client is seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for flexible per diem work while making a difference in the lives of geriatric residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the RN or physician.
• Accurately document resident care and medical information.
• Provide compassionate support to residents and their families.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing and care team.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN license.
• 1+ year of relevant nursing experience required; 2 years of geriatric or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Current CPR certification and required medical clearances prior to starting.

Before Starting

• Provide your availability for the full month to assist with scheduling.
• Complete two mandatory buddy shifts before picking up shifts independently.
