TIG Welder

Join a growing aerospace manufacturing team where precision, quality, and craftsmanship matter. We're looking for a skilled TIG Welder to work with stainless steel, nickel alloys, and specialty materials in a clean, team-oriented environment.

✅ Perform precision TIG welding on aerospace components

✅ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications

✅ Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

✅ Inspect welds and parts to ensure quality and accuracy

✅ Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances

✅ Assemble components and support production operations

✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

✔️ TIG welding experience with stainless steel and specialty metals

✔️ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✔️ Experience with measuring tools and hand/power tools

✔️ Quality inspection and troubleshooting skills

✔️ Team-player mentality and strong safety focus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New London, CT.

The pay range for this position is $22.70 - $36.00/hr.
