Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role, solving complex analytical problems with large datasets in a data-driven environment.
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js, including report creation, data modeling, and DAX.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and present findings.
Strong collaboration, influencing, and listening skills; ability to work effectively as part of a small team and contribute to strategic goals.
Experience with Salesforce data and reporting is a plus.
Experience in business services or the manufacturing industry is a plus.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, and advanced SQL.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras, and knowledge of machine learning evaluation metrics and best practices is a plus.
Understanding of statistical methods and probability theory.
Skills in data wrangling, cleaning, and organizing data.
Familiarity with NLP and deep learning techniques is a plus.
Experience working in an Agile environment supporting applied research and data science projects.
Business acumen with the ability to translate business problems into data science solutions.
