Data Analyst/Scientist

Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role, solving complex analytical problems with large datasets in a data-driven environment.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js, including report creation, data modeling, and DAX.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and present findings.
- Strong collaboration, influencing, and listening skills; ability to work effectively as part of a small team and contribute to strategic goals.
- Experience with Salesforce data and reporting is a plus.
- Experience in business services or the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, and advanced SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras, and knowledge of machine learning evaluation metrics and best practices is a plus.
- Understanding of statistical methods and probability theory.
- Skills in data wrangling, cleaning, and organizing data.
- Familiarity with NLP and deep learning techniques is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile environment supporting applied research and data science projects.
- Business acumen with the ability to translate business problems into data science solutions.
