Employment Type: Full-Time

Shifts: Monday - Friday, generally between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM


Evenings and weekends optional at BCBA discretion

Job Summary :


We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. In this role, you will support behavioral assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with caregivers and clinical staff, and monitor client progress to promote meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK, AFLS, etc.)

Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians

Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support

Analyze data and monitor client progress to ensure effective outcomes

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities
Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification (required)

Experience working with pediatric populations preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Caseload :

Average of 8 clients per BCBA
