Position Summary:

Looking for a fun, fast-paced job with a great team? Green Bay Country Club is seeking friendly, energetic Servers to help create exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.

Whether you're an experienced server or just getting started in hospitality, we'd love to meet you. We provide training and support, making this a great opportunity to build valuable customer service skills while working in a team-oriented environment. • Provide outstanding service to members and guests in our dining rooms, patios, and special events.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Build relationships with members by creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Learn menu offerings and provide recommendations.
• Process member accounts and payments using our POS system.
• Assist with weddings, tournaments, member events, and other special occasions.
• Work closely with a supportive team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to provide friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• ServeSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain with club support.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, depending on the location and season.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to safely navigate busy dining rooms, patios, event spaces, stairs, and uneven surfaces.
• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, humidity, wind, and light rain.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
