Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 Base Salary + Bonus OpportunitiesAdditional Benefits: Company Truck/Vehicle Allowance, Health Benefits, 401(k), PTO, and Career Growth OpportunitiesAtlanta and St. PetersburgJoin a Growing Industrial Construction TeamWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial renovation and construction projects for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, processing plants, and other industrial environments. This position is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, client communication, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple industrial renovation and construction projects simultaneously.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams.Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and field personnel.Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope documents.Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to maintain project performance.Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.Track costs and ensure projects remain profitable and within budget targets.Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunities.Oversee project closeout activities, punch list completion, and final documentation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial or industrial construction.Strong experience with industrial renovations, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, or similar projects.Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.Preferred ExperienceOccupied facility renovationsManufacturing plant upgradesWarehouse expansions and improvementsDistribution center renovationsIndustrial process and equipment installationsDesign-build project deliveryBenefitsCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $115,000 - $140,000Performance-based bonusesCompany truck or vehicle allowanceComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesStable backlog of industrial projects
