RN shift Supervisor experience – preferred. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate & supervise shifts. Provide nursing care to patients as assigned. Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned. Assess residents by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status. Participate in the care planning process. Supervise certified nursing assistants. Document assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
