Why You’ll Love This Role $500 Sign-on Bonus for previously certified RBTs Free training to become Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Ongoing monetary incentives and weekend premium rate Free virtual medical care through Teladoc for you and eligible dependents Free BCBA Supervision for technicians in BCBA course-work Year-round employment with clear growth and promotion opportunities Supportive leadership, mentorship, training, and supervision What You’ll Do Provide ABA therapy in a home setting Implement individualized behavior intervention plans Collect data, complete progress notes, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor Requirements Experience working with children with special needs High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation required Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation Work Environment, Physical Conditions Must be physically present at the job location 20 – 30 hours per week. Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs. Must have a mobile device (such as a smart phone or tablet) to bring to work. Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50lbs.
