The Regional HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting operational leadership and aligning regional workforce initiatives with overall business strategy.Job Description:The Regional Human Resources Business Partner will serve as the senior HR resource for a designated Southwest region. This role partners closely with executive and regional leadership to provide strategic and hands-on human resources support. The position operates within a matrix structure, collaborating with enterprise People leadership while directly supporting regional operations.The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven environment and can balance strategic guidance with day-to-day HR execution.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations & Performance SupportLead employee relations efforts across the region, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and documented appropriatelyCoach managers on performance improvement, disciplinary procedures, and termination processesConduct workplace investigations and recommend solutions that minimize organizational riskStrategic Business PartnershipAdvise regional leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagementSupport leaders through organizational changes, growth initiatives, and operational shiftsProvide practical HR guidance aligned with both regional goals and enterprise strategyTalent & Workforce OperationsCollaborate with leadership and talent acquisition teams to support hiring strategies and staffing plansOversee key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, job changes, promotions, transfers, and separationsEnsure a consistent and positive onboarding and offboarding experience across the regionCompliance & Policy AdministrationMaintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment regulationsInterpret and apply company policies consistently while balancing business objectives and employee experienceHR Operations & SystemsMaintain accurate employee records and data within HRIS platformsSupport enterprise HR initiatives and special projects as neededQualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist or Business Partner capacityExperience supporting multi-site or regional operations preferredDemonstrated ability to manage confidential matters with discretionStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesProven success in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPreferred:Bilingual in English and SpanishAdditional Details:Direct hire opportunityReporting structure includes senior People leadership with regional operational alignmentTravel up to 25% based on business needs (average closer to 10%)Interview process: Initial virtual interview followed by onsite meetingPerks:Significant autonomy and regional ownershipHigh visibility with executive leadershipClear growth potential within a growing organizationStrong compensation and bonus structureAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
