What You'll Do

• Provide advanced wound care, including low‑frequency, non‑contact ultrasound to promote healing and reduce infection risks.
• Travel locally to offer personalized care in patients' homes while adhering to the highest safety and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about wound care protocols to enhance compliance and recovery.
• Document with precision by maintaining accurate and timely records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.

What We're Looking For

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
