Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant)

Chenango Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our established Walk-In Clinic team in beautiful Norwich, New York. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-focused environment while enjoying a strong work-life balance and the support of an integrated healthcare system.

Position Highlights:

Join a busy and well-established Walk-In Clinic
Clinic staffed by two APPs
Average daily volume of 40-50 patients, approximately 20-25 patients per provider
Salary Range $147,000-$171,000 annually

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Shared coverage schedule with fellow APP providers

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Board certified or board eligible
New York State license (or ability to obtain)
Previous urgent care, walk-in, emergency medicine, family medicine, or primary care experience preferred
