EGGER Wood Products is seeking a dedicated Lamination Press Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll operate advanced machinery to press decorative paper onto particleboards, creating top-notch Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) boards. You will also conduct quality checks and collaborate with your team to keep our production processes running smoothly and efficiently. - Set up, operate, and monitor advanced lamination press machinery.
- Utilize the HMI panel to adjust manufacturing settings such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time.
- Ensuring adherence to production specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area.
- Follow all Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ability to learn and understand a comprehensive training program.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Schedule: 12-hour rotating 7-7 swing shift (2-2-3) 2 weeks days & 2 weeks nights.
- Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time up to 12-hours.
- Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
- Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.
- Experience in clear communication.
- Understanding and ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to learn.
- Experience with tools and machinery.
- Minimum high school diploma, additional education a plus.
- Valid Driver's License.
