HR Operations Analyst

Supporting end-to-end HR service delivery, the full-time HR Operations Analyst will provide analytical, operational, and coordination support across Personnel Administration, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition while working remotely in the Washington, D.C. area. Key responsibilities Support HR service delivery by managing personnel actions, employee lifecycle changes, and HR transactions Run and analyze HR reports, track KPIs, and maintain data integrity across HR systems Assist with recruitment efforts, including requisition tracking, candidate workflow coordination, and interview scheduling Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or Talent Acquisition support Experience running reports and working with HR data across HRIS and ATS platforms Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR systems Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
