About the Position

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year required License: ARRT (C), ARRT (R) Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Experienced in Trauma and stroke patients. Comfortable performing X-ray and CT. Confident in placing IVs. Description: Position available for a CT/X-ray Tech. Shift consists of three 12-hour night shifts on various days of the week. The department supports adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients. Must be experienced in trauma and stroke patient care. All candidates meeting experience requirements are welcome to apply. Weekend work is required. Call is required but will be split among staff and discussed during the interview. Floating between service lines may occur based on unit needs. Candidates will be using GE CT and Siemens X-ray equipment. Charting will be done using Epic. Traveler must be comfortable with weekend coverage. The facility is a Level 3 trauma facility and sees patients from a wide geographic area. Special procedures may involve outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department cases on weekends. Candidates must be prepared to document and provide care for varied patient diagnoses. Travelers are expected to complete all facility-specific requirements in a timely manner.
