Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your assignment spans from early September 2026 through mid-June 2027, offering the chance to collaborate closely across one campus, providing vital behavioral services in multiple classrooms. You’ll serve a dedicated caseload of 35-40 students, focusing on direct interventions, data-driven assessments, paperwork compliance, and supporting teams through debriefs and functional behavior analysis (FBA).

What We’re Seeking:

• Valid BCBA certification with experience in educational settings.
• Strong understanding of severe behavioral and physical disabilities.
• Experience with functional behavior assessments, intervention planning, and progress monitoring.
• Comfort working with groups of setting 4 students across multiple classrooms.
• Ability to effectively handle documentation and facilitate debriefings with staff.
• Skilled communicator who collaborates well with multidisciplinary teams.
• Open to travel professionals ready to relocate for the assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavior analytic services for a diverse group of students in a setting 4 environment.
• Complete all associated paperwork and maintain compliance with required timelines.
• Conduct FBAs and create, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans.
• Work cohesively within one building, divided between South and North Education Centers.
• Provide debriefing, training, and support to classroom staff.
• Maintain accurate data collection and reporting.
