As we grow our practice, we are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor LMHC that can supervise other therapists and also have a case load of their own. This is a Sr. level position that could evolve into a Clinic Director position. Ellie Mental Health - Franklin is owned and operated by a local clinical social worker (LICSW), that also owns the Ellie Mental Health in Foxborough. LICSW therapists are also encouraged to apply. We Offer: Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential Health benefits including medical, dental, and vision PTO/Holidays Flexible work schedule Opportunity for telehealth State of the art practice The opportunity to work with clients that match your interests and areas of expertise A supportive, collaborative team environment Credentialing and technology Professional Liability insurance coverage provided Free CEUS and access to Ellie's ongoing learning management system Responsibilities Include: Weekly supervision of other therapists Asses mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Required Qualifications and Skills: A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
