The Senior Principal Solutions Architect is the sole subject matter expert and thought leader in governance for software engineering for Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines. As an individual contributor, this role designs and implements innovative enterprise software engineering best practices, standards, and technology roadmaps and identifies governance for software engineering efforts, while solving technical, process, and governance issues.

This Senior Principal Mobile Solutions Architect role is a unique opportunity to define the future of mobile at scale across Alaska's digital guest experience. You'll lead the vision and modernization of a complex, cross-domain mobile ecosystem spanning multiple business portfolios, architectural patterns, and customer experiences - driving consistency across platforms, improving speed to market, and elevating quality across iOS and Android. Partnering closely with senior leaders across engineering, product, marketing, and design, you'll shape the roadmap, introduce AI-driven efficiencies, and help unify teams around a simpler, more scalable mobile architecture.

Salary Range: $178,300-$276,350 / year

The pay range and total target compensation package listed above is the expected pay offered for this position at the start of employment. Your pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, your relevant experience/level, experience level, and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Hawaiian/Horizon employees. Alaska/Hawaiian/Horizon is committed to fair, unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.
