As a busser, you're an essential part of the team, helping maintain the flow, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of the restaurant. With energy, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality, you support both the front and back of house by keeping the dining room, service stations, and restrooms clean, organized, and guest-ready. From resetting tables promptly to assisting servers and ensuring the restaurant remains spotless, you help create a smooth, welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the ACFP menu to assist guests and support the service team.
• Understand and follow proper dining room procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment by promptly clearing and resetting tables.
• Remain on your feet and active throughout the shift in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
• Safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds when moving trays, supplies, or assisting team members.
• Uphold high sanitation standards at all times, including frequent handwashing and proper cleaning practices.
• Contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere where every guest feels valued.

We offer hands-on training, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive team environment. Busser positions typically start as part-time, with the potential to move into full-time roles. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits.
