You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and dedicated professionals to provide comprehensive speech and language services. All SLP credentials are welcomed, including CCC-SLP, CFY, and those with school or teletherapy experience. A Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) will also be available to assist in your day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring you have the support you need to succeed.

Qualifications:

• Active SLP or CFY license (Arkansas eligible)
• Willingness to work with all grade levels, K-12
• Experience in school settings preferred, but open to varied backgrounds—including teletherapy and healthcare
• SLPA supervision experience a bonus
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students across all age groups and grade levels
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff on student development
• Supervise and mentor an SLPA
• Contribute positively to an inclusive, supportive school environment
• Adhere to school schedules; typical hours are 7:30-8:00am start to 3:30-4:00pm finish
