Registered Behavior Technician - Darby, PA ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2024-25 school year in Darby, PA. As an RBT, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to provide high-quality behavioral support and interventions. You will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their personal and educational goals through effective behavior modification techniques. Responsibilities: Implement individualized treatment plans for students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Assist with the development and implementation of behavioral interventions. Monitor and collect data on student progress and behavior. Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. Provide support in classroom settings to ensure a positive learning environment. Qualifications: Valid RBT certification. Experience working in a school setting preferred.
