We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associate in Phoenix AZ 85034 with $19.50/hr pay for a 3 months temp to hire opportunity. Y ou will be an essential part of our daily distribution team, ensuring that orders are accurately processed and moved through the facility. Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM -2:30 PM

Dress Code:

Shorts and blue jeans are allowed. Steel-toe shoes are strictly required (candidate must provide their own footwear; safety vests will be provided on-site).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Accurately pick, pack, and pull customer orders from warehouse inventory.
• Safely operate manual pallet jacks and pushcarts to transport products throughout the facility.
• Lift, stack, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with team safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have previous warehouse or receiving experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Experience with powered industrial equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude, math, and reading skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment involving lifting, bending, and twisting
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and teamwork

Work Environment:

• Operation of powered industrial equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, walking riders, Moffett forklifts, EZGo carts, hand trucks, and dollies
• Physically demanding work involving lifting, bending, twisting, and moving materials throughout the shift
