Electronic TechnicianScotts Valley, CA 95066Job DescriptionElectronic Technician We are seeking a skilled Electronic Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support the assembly, testing, and maintenance of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) using a variety of technologies. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment, working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality production and continuous improvement in the Scott's Valley, CA area Job Duties: Assemble PCBAs using through-hole, SMT, and mixed-technology components Perform hand soldering, rework, and repair in accordance with IPC standards Operate and maintain assembly equipment such as pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, wave solder, AOI, and X-ray systems (as applicable) Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing to verify product quality Troubleshoot assembly issues and support root cause analysis of defects Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred. 1-3 years of experience in PCB or electronic assembly (experience level may vary by role). Proficiency in hand soldering and desoldering techniques. Ability to read and understand schematics and technical documentation. Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721 preferred).
