Store Lead - Queenstown Premium Outlets - Full Time

Location Queenstown, Maryland Job Summary The Store Lead will support the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap operations, opening and closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). They will represent the brand, operate professionally, engage customers, maintain store standards, and support teamwork and employee development. Responsibilities Assist in developing talent through the training of associates, including in-the-moment coaching conversations. Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates. Support and participate in all company training and development initiatives. Foster a positive work environment and provide direct, objective feedback in a timely manner. Assess performance and provide appropriate feedback daily and during the annual performance review process. Motivate and inspire associates to build brand loyalty and create a positive store environment for internal and external customers. Model, encourage, and demonstrate exceptional customer service behaviors on the sales floor, maintaining high standards and brand integrity. Represent the company professionally and positively. Support the management team to maximize productivity through operational and product knowledge, customer service, and participation in key store initiatives. Participate in the Leader on Duty (LOD) program by providing an exceptional customer shopping experience, driving store profitability, and leveraging payroll. Process payroll weekly, modify schedule based on business climate. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, adhering to set policies. Ensure Environment (CRE) Standards & Safety requirements are met. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of previous retail experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Skills and Behaviors Excellent customer engagement. Detail oriented. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a team environment.
