Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN - Case Manager for a travel assignment in Wichita, KS. This role, based in a fast-paced step-down unit, offers a unique opportunity for expertise in both Meditech and Midas systems. As a case manager, you will play a vital part in a collaborative team at the medical center.

- Develop and oversee discharge planning processes
- Minimum 1-year current acute care case manager RN experience
- Active KS RN licensure or licensed social worker
- BLS certification
- Experience with Meditech and Midas systems preferred
- Previous HCA hospital experience is a plus
