Superintendent Opportunity
A highly respected local General Contractor is seeking a Superintendent to join their growing team! They have a backlog of local and regional projects and need a Superintendent ready to go where needed to complete these highly esteemed projects. This is an exciting and stable opportunity that most people wait a career for!
They care deeply about providing high quality service to each client and are looking for that Superintendent to be client facing as well as have a thorough knowledge in commercial construction processes. Although their projects have grown in size and complexity nothing has changed about the quality and expertise in which each project is completed. This is due to the importance they place on those core values to treat each project and client with the utmost care. They are dedicated to hiring a Superintendent who is aligned with those values. They invest in all of their employees long-term by building a solid support system through open communication, mentorship, and continuing education.
Superintendent Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- B.S. in a Construction related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered
- Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven history of upholding those policies and procedures
- Ability to supervise Field Employees and Subcontractors on a project
- Extensive knowledge in construction processes that aid in completing projects on time and within budget
