Job Overview Job Overview Ebenezer Ridges Care Center (TCU) is seeking a Registered Nurse-RN to support our residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care) in Burnsville, MN! This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures. Ebenezer Ridges Care Center highlights a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN. Responsibilities: Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care RN - Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Responsibilities: Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies RN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Required: enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
