The company specializes in interior renovations and occupied rehabilitation, requiring a high level of coordination, communication, and attention to detail while working within active residential buildings. With a hands-on approach to project delivery, the team has built a strong reputation for successfully navigating the unique logistical and operational challenges of tenant-in-place construction.Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Manage affordable housing renovation and rehabilitation projects from start to finishOversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performanceCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, owners, and project stakeholdersManage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applicationsCoordinate closely with field Superintendents to ensure project schedules are maintainedCommunicate with owners, property managers, architects, engineers, and agency representativesHelp coordinate work in occupied residential buildings and tenant-in-place environmentsMaintain strong communication regarding resident impacts, access, scheduling, and disruptionsEnsure work complies with project specifications, plans, building requirements, and applicable agency standardsAssist with project closeout, punch lists, turnover, and final documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
