You'll assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and communicate changes in condition to the care team. Your care and clinical judgment will help patients safely remain in the comfort of their homes.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a dedicated LVN with an active Texas nursing license, current in-person CPR/BLS certification, valid Texas driver's license, auto insurance, and a recent TB test or chest X-ray.
