Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide skilled services that align with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and continuously update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills with a solid understanding of documentation and communication protocols.
