Overview

We're seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join a growing warehouse and production team. This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse operations, inventory management, staging, shipping, and production support. What You'll Do as a Warehouse Associate / Staging Associate:

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations and order fulfillment
Pick, pack, and ship orders via UPS and freight carriers
Operate a stand-up forklift and other warehouse equipment
Make local deliveries using company vehicles when needed
Stage materials and components for upcoming production projects
Receive, inspect, and track incoming shipments and inventory
Assist with loading and unloading trucks
Support production activities, including assembly and co-packing projects
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas
Prepare orders, pull materials, and support shipping operations
Collaborate with multiple departments to meet production goals
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Previous warehouse experience required
Stand-up forklift experience required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
