The primary purpose of this role is to perform industry‑leading pest management services for residential customers, including inspections, pest elimination, and preventive education. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points. Apply approved pest control products—including chemicals, baits, and traps—while adhering to safety standards. Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest‑free environment. Provide advice on reducing the risk of future infestations and expand our product offerings to existing and new customers. Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales. Maintain pest control equipment, ensuring it is stocked and in good working condition. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols. Drive and safely operate a company‑provided service vehicle, with routine maintenance provided. Essential Job Functions Work in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways. Operate around animals, insects, termites, mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights, scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals. Work indoors and outdoors in local climate conditions while wearing company‑provided weather gear. Move regularly—sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, using stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as an OSHA‑compliant respirator. Requirements Clean shaven face for safety reasons (rebreathers must seal your face). High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver’s license from state of residence. Licenses or certificates required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by the company). Availability to work Monday‑Friday and weekends as needed. Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable in all areas of pest control. Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. Basic math skills for mixing product labels. Customer‑facing experience preferred. Pay Hourly: $16.00 – $20.00 (starting pay varies by location, skills, education, and experience).
