Healthcare Tech Senior Associate - Epic Willow

Position Details Senior Associate – Healthcare Technical Consulting (Epic EHR Team) Location: United States of America Responsibilities Partner with a team of healthcare, technical, and project management consultants to ensure seamless integration, data migration, and system performance of Epic systems. Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules to provide support in optimizing system functionality, workflow, and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes. Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications, including suggesting and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements. Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver innovative, data‑driven solutions that address complex digital challenges. Support system build, testing, and implementation cycles. Mentor junior team members and cultivate trusted client relationships. Qualifications Active Epic Willow Ambulatory and/or Willow Inpatient certification with extensive knowledge of its products and solutions. 3+ years of Epic consulting experience in hospitals and healthcare systems. Ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate operational needs into Epic solutions. Experience participating in system build, testing, and implementation cycles. Project management experience with Epic implementations. Willingness and ability to travel when necessary; remote high‑level services may also be required. Current permanent U.S. work authorization. Preferences Undergraduate degree (BA, BS). PharmD or equivalent clinical pharmacy background. Additional Epic certifications such as ASAP, Clin Doc, Ambulatory, Inpatient. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. Compensation & Benefits The estimated base salary range for this position will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
