Charge Nurse (LPN)

Role Charge Nurse (LPN) in a skilled nursing community, responsible for clinical leadership and resident care during assigned shifts. Key Responsibilities Oversee nursing services, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with standards and policies. Administer medications, treatments, and maintain accurate documentation. Conduct resident assessments, update care plans, and communicate changes to families and healthcare providers. Perform routine rounds, address incidents, and ensure safety and resident needs are met. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality care. Uphold the organization's mission, values, and standards. Qualifications & Skills Current LPN license required. Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical judgment skills. Experience in skilled nursing or senior care preferred. Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., push, pull, and assist with resident mobility up to 100 lbs.
