HVAC Sales Professional/Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our team! Qualified candidates will specialize in in-home sales consultations of residential HVAC equipment and whole home solutions, confidently presenting to customers inside their homes. The right candidate will also have experience in leadership helping other sales representatives achieve goals as a team and individual. This role is based out of our Forest Lake office and involves daily travel throughout the 7 county metro area to conduct face-to-face, in-home sales presentations, sales leadership and coaching, and driving sales targets. Provide sales leadership and training for our HVAC and Electrical divisions Shifts will include weekdays plus some evening and occasional weekend appointments. Qualifications: Proven record of closing in-home sales consultations Demonstrated success face-to-face customer sales Self-motivated Goal driven Strong understanding of HVAC equipment Problem solving skills and a creative mind Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Being tech savvy is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: Base salary and uncapped commissions.
