Having been around for over forty years, our client provides the resources necessary for their team members to excel and reach their career goals in the communications industry.Position Summary: Anistar is seeking experienced Cable Technicians for a long term contract opportunity to provide assistance with the installation, termination, and testing of various types of voice and data cables. This is a travel position so candidates must be comfortable spending time on the road.Job Responsibilities:Pulling/routing cat 5e/cat 6 cableBuilding out MDF/IDFsInstallation of Wireless Access Points (WAPs)CCTV camera installationInstall J Hooks, D-rings, cable tray, and other supportsRead blue printsRequirements:2+ years of experience in commercial cabling.Experience pulling and terminating cables.Ability to climb ladders and insert cable in Access Points.Must be comfortable working from boom/scissor lifts at 40+ feetMust be willing to travel as needed and work overnight shiftAbout Us: At Anistar Technologies, we connect individuals from a variety of industries with respected companies, both nationally and internationally.
