Patient Care Coordinator
At PreservEndo, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional endodontic care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team.
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires excellent communication skills, efficiency in multi-tasking, and a strong team-player mentality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, manage the check-in and check-out process, and ensure all patient information is accurate.
- Handle dental insurance verification, collect co-payments, and manage billing inquiries.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Communicate with referring offices and follow up with patients as necessary.
- Prepare daily schedules for the clinical team and ensure all appointments are properly coordinated.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and daily office operations.
Qualifications:
- Dental insurance verification experience
- Strong phone experience and professional telephone etiquette
- Appointment scheduling experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to work
Dress Code / Uniform: Black scrubs
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:40 AM 4:30 PM
