Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping, inventory, and transportation operations. This position is responsible for coordinating freight shipments, processing shipping documentation, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring orders are shipped efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse logistics, shipping documentation, and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound freight shipments
- Process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices
- Track inventory levels and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Reconcile physical inventory with warehouse management systems
- Communicate with freight carriers and coordinate transportation schedules
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and order processing
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with shipping procedures
- Support daily warehouse and logistics operations as needed
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or administrative experience required
- Understanding of Bills of Lading required
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse systems preferred
- Ability to coordinate multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive bending and reaching
