Educates healthcare staff, including clinicians and administrative personnel, on the effective use of EMR software to ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and compliance with regulatory standards. Creates training materials, conducts hands-on training sessions, provides ongoing support, and assesses training effectiveness. Enhances user proficiency, improves patient care through effective EMR utilization, and facilitates the successful adoption of technology within the organization.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Design and deliver onboarding education for new hires: ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with organizational standards.* Evaluate lessons learned across programs and implement process improvements to enhance educational effectiveness.* Create and update EMR education resources, such as tip sheets, videos, and presentations, ensuring accuracy under guidance from senior staff.* Support the maintenance of the EMR training environment, including preparing updates, performing basic troubleshooting, and reporting issues to the manager.* Lead workflow analysis and review feasibility of educational components for large-scale projects; provide recommendations to optimize training phases.* Provide administrative and logistical support for Curriculum Review Board (CRB) meetings, such as scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting decisions.**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES*** ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT: Works to achieve operational targets with major impact on the job area results. Contributes to the development of goals for the job area and planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.). May manage large technical projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area.* INNOVATION & COMPLEXITY: Demonstrates innovative influence in supporting business objectives and mission. Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of technical processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area.
