Concierge

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge to be the welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. In this hospitality-focused role, you’ll manage the front desk, answer phones, coordinate visitor check-ins, and assist with resident requests and community information. You’ll support sign-ups for activities, arrange transportation or services, and ensure common areas remain inviting. Working closely with our care and hospitality teams, you help create a safe, responsive, and warm environment that reflects our resident-first culture and enhances each resident’s daily experience.
