Nichols Speech, Inc.—a trusted pediatric clinic and certified Non‑Public Agency through the California Department of Education—is seeking a motivated, passionate, and growth‑oriented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.

Clinical Responsibilities
• Provide speech‑language therapy and evaluations for pediatric clients in a clinic‑based setting
• Collaborate with families to support individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and data tracking
Leadership Track As part of your professional growth, you may also:
• Supervise graduate student interns
• Supervise Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs)
Ideal Candidate
• Licensed SLP in California
• Strong clinical foundation with interest in leadership and mentorship
• Prior supervisory or school‑based experience preferred
• Organized, communicative, and eager to grow with a dynamic team
