How you’ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta AirLines, Inc. has multiple openings for Sr. Coordinators (L6), GlobalPersonalization & Language in Atlanta, GA. Key Responsibilities Coordinateand develop Delta’s language personalization communications roadmap, focusingon the customer marketing experience. Collaborateacross teams to assess localization requirements for international markets andmanage project workflows, needs, inputs, and relationships with translationvendors to ensure quality translations. SupportDelta teams in delivering the right message to international audiences anddrive strategic implementations and improvements to grow a “Localization Centerof Excellence” at Delta. Consult withstakeholders to identify and implement key initiatives for better customerapproach, partnering with business leaders to determine customer needs andoversee projects from inception to completion. Ensurecontinuity and optimization of translation processes for internationalbranches, increasing personalization and team efficiencies through new bestpractices and tools. Supportstrategy development, including trainings and reports, and establish andmonitor the quality of messages shared with passengers. Coordinatetrainings and onboarding for translation workflows, develop tracking, trending,reporting, and process flows, and support benchmarking and innovation strategydevelopment. Lead theexecution of the language personalization communications roadmap, managing theTrip Comms translation initiative and overseeing scaling and integrationefforts. Serve asDelta’s Brazilian Portuguese Subject Matter Expert, ensuring quality andconsistency across all communication channels including Social. Collaboratewith international teams for seamless integration of translation workflows andmanage relationships with external translation vendors. Providetraining and onboarding for new translation workflows and drive innovativeapproaches in language personalization to enhance customer engagement. LeverageDelta’s joint venture with LATAM Airlines to enhance internationalcommunication strategies and initiatives in Latin American region. Telecommutingpermitted 2-3 days per week. 5% international and domestic travel. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Bachelor’sdegree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or arelated field, and 3 years of experience in marketing. Must have work experience in: Localization and processes withinLatin American Markets including Translations Management Systems: Trados,OneLink, and Localization Quality Assurance (LQA); Data analysis and reporting withregional insights: Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce; Project management in internationaland multicultural contexts: Smartsheet, Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Teams, andhybrid project management using Agile and Waterfall; Market research and analysis focusedon Brazilian and LATAM consumers including Net Promoter Score analysis forconsumer loyalty; Content strategy development forBrazilian audiences using Canva and Adobe; and Vendor and stakeholder managementfor LATAM Partnerships using Salesforce and Invoiceworks. Must have Native-LevelFluency in Portuguese and Advanced Proficiency in Spanish.
