Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers over the phone and provide quick and courteous responses to their needs. You will also entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/ DocuTrack pharmacy system.Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:Provide over the phone customers to doctors and nursesEfficient order entry and follow-upTroubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepanciesEnsuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information inputCollaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goalsProviding exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholdersMust work with urgency and timelinessQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredSkills & Abilities:Strong computer skillsThorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledgeMath and analytical skills, with a focus on calculationsMinimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not requiredClarest is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
