Senior Warehouse Associate - Inventory Control & Cycle Counting

Location: Illinois | Full-Time | Day Shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Rate: $24.00/hour

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior Warehouse Associate who takes pride in maintaining an organized warehouse, ensuring inventory integrity, and driving operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and FIFO practices.
• Receive, stock, move, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments and support shipping activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, inspection-ready warehouse environment.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, including forklifts.
• Assist with warehouse projects, inventory adjustments, and operational support as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of warehouse and inventory control experience.
• Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, receiving, and shipping.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• ERP or inventory management system experience.
• Ability to operate or become certified on a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work actively throughout the warehouse.
• Self-motivated professional who can prioritize work, adapt quickly, and operate independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification.
• Experience in regulated environments such as ISO 9001, GMP, or medical device manufacturing (ISO 13485 preferred).
• Knowledge of lot-controlled inventory and FIFO processes.
• Experience with inventory accuracy programs and warehouse continuous improvement initiatives.
