* Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and support them through the hiring journey

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Receive commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads

How You'll Be Paid

This position operates on a performance-based, commission-only structure. Therefore, your earning potential has no limits and there is no ceiling on your success.

You'll earn compensation based on genuine value created:
