Firehouse Subs in Laramie, WY is looking for an energetic and organized Catering Manager to lead and grow our catering operations! Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all catering orders from inquiry through delivery and execution
• Oversee catering food preparation, packaging, and presentation to ensure brand standards are met
• Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure seamless integration of catering operations with daily store functions
• Develop and execute local marketing efforts to promote catering services within the community

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and event-based hours
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for catering deliveries
